Client Preparation Pack

Your Prep Pack will help your clients have complete peace of mind before they come on their trip. It will add to the experience they are going to have with you and be another reason for them to book with you again and again. No you didn’t read that wrong – it will be YOUR PACK. We have designed and created the ultimate Pack template that is just waiting for two things

 1. Your logo, colours and design so we can turn it into an extension of your current website
2. Contact details of you or one of your guides to work on creating the personalised content that you are going to share with your clients

Once we have both pieces of info we will do all the work for you. We will prepare your own landing page, design and create your membership page which will host all your content – we will even send you through what content should be in your videos! All you have to do is add the link to your booking confirmation and that is it. We are even going to throw in a BONUS for you. So we are going to pay you to earn more and give you a bonus for the privilege!

How much will this cost you? NOTHING. We will do all this for FREE. All we ask for is a share of the revenue – which you get to set! We are going to pay you for work that you don’t have to do and money that you aren’t even earning today. This is really money for nothing!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

As soon as a client books one of your programs you offer them the opportunity to buy your Client Preparation Pack. We will help you with the sales copy you will use for this. Once your client agrees then they will purchase the pack and have access to all the content that we will help you create. We will do everything for you. Create the landing page, write the copy, host the page, take payment, build your personalised Pack site, upload your logos, videos and any other info you want, answer any questions your clients might have. Basically as soon as the client agrees to pay you do nothing, except wait for us to pay you!

HOW DO I GET PAID?

Great question! You set the price of your own Client Preparation Pack. The minimum price you can sell it for is $50. The amount you get paid is based on what support you want from us. 

OPTION 1

If you want us to do everything for you including the editing of the videos AND you want it to be your own custom domain name then the revenue split is 60% for We Get Outdoors and 40% for you. So if you set your price at $100 then for every client who buys the pack you will receive $40 from us. 

OPTION 2

If you want to do the editing yourself and are happy to use our domain name then the revenue split is 50% for We Get Outdoors and 50% for you. So if you set your price at $100 then for every client who buys the pack you will receive $50 from us. 

Whichever option you take, once a month we will pay you the agreed percentage of all packs sold!

Why don’t I do this myself?

That is another great question and you certainly could do it yourself. But, before you consider this path just stop and think about everything you are going to need to buy and the amount of time and effort you will have to dedicate to this.

As the owner of the business you will set the price that you want to sell the Pack for. The minimum price you can sell it is $50 but from there the choice is yours. We would recommend anywhere between $50 and $150 per pack.

Your clients will visit the Pack website that will look and feel just like your website – same colours, font, pictures. The website will however sit within our platform and we will take care of all payments and registration and access to the page. Once a month we will pay you the agreed amount directly into your bank account

We pay either 50% or 40% of the agreed price based on which option you want to take. Your amount is pure profit (you are responsible for paying any tax owed on this income) as all costs incurred will come out of our revenue stake so every pack sold, 50% or 40% of the sale price is pure profit for you. No effort, no costs, nothing but money for doing nothing.

One thing to think about is how you can share some of your profits with the guide (s) who recorded the videos to bring them into your business full time! A great incentive to keep the guides you really want.

On your website we will clearly state that by clicking on the link they will be redirected to a partner website who will handle all payments and registration to access the content. This also means that all queries will be dealt with by us and not by you.
